狐系數碼獸長大后一般都會進化成葛葉獸，只有高級別的才能進化成咲耶獸。這也解釋了爲什麽葛葉獸只能控制一隻管狐而咲耶獸卻能控制火水風雷四隻屬性的管狐。

Kuzuhamon is said to be a Fox-species Digimon that lived long, and transformed to take on a humanoid form. It is said that only those among them of a high level are able to digivolve to Sakuyamon, and they normally just digivolve to Kuzuhamon.
